How does pricing work?

We'll work with you to understand an estimate of how many resolutions you'll need per month. Then it's as simple as paying per resolution. If you go over your estimated resolutions per per month, you'll still pay (you guessed it) per resolution. If you don't use all of your resolutions, we can explore rollover.

Are there additional charges?

Our per resolution pricing includes a full managed service with everything included. 24x7 support with human hand off, full agentic workflows, knowledge base management, and more.

You may see additional charges based on the following:
-If you want your human hand off team to be located in other countries.
-Your human hand off team will be set up to support english & spanish (the AI will be able to support 50+ languages). If you need your human hand off team to support additional languages, there may be additional charges.
-Your human team will be shared. If you need a dedicated team, there will be additional charges.
-Our teams will be set up to support you up to a certain thresh hold of surge resolutions on a monthly basis. If you exceed the surge resolutions, you may see additional charges.
-We have a standard list of applications and integrations that we're ready to support with Agentic AI workflows and knowledge management. If you need custom or bespoke integrations that are not part of our standard list, there may be additional charges.
