To support the delivery of our services, CrescendoAI Inc. (“Crescendo”) uses certain third party service providers (“Sub-processors”) to process Customer Personal Data in accordance with the terms and conditions of our Data Processing Agreement.

A Crescendo Affiliate is any entity that Crescendo directly or indirectly controls. Together with CrescendoAI Inc., these affiliates form the Crescendo Group.  All parties of the Crescendo Group have entered a data transfer agreement that sets out the data protection requirements and incorporates the appropriate EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
